Marcus Mang brings over two decades of experience across the banking and corporate sectors, having held senior roles within leading international financial institutions. Throughout his career, he was closely involved in the establishment, expansion, and operational scaling of major commercial and SME banking platforms across the region.

During his tenure in banking, Marcus played key roles in building high-performing teams, structuring complex commercial transactions, and supporting enterprise growth through disciplined credit assessment and execution. His experience spans periods of institutional transformation, including platform build-outs and large-scale organisational transitions.

Following his banking career, Marcus transitioned into principal-led corporate roles, working directly with business owners and operating partners on transaction execution, commercial structuring, and capital coordination within privately structured environments. His work has focused on supporting internal corporate initiatives, shareholder-led transactions, and execution matters within privately negotiated arrangements.

At Rainwater Capital, Marcus, together with the management team and shareholders, is involved in guiding the firm’s strategic direction and internal capital allocation decisions. All engagements are approached with discipline, transparency, and a long-term commercial perspective.
